UP&PRO — Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fee: Our subscription fee is ৳300 per month. If a promo code is used, the fee will be ৳250.
2. No Refund Policy: Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies equally to all users.
3. Missed Sessions / Subscription Freeze: If a user misses at least 4 speaking sessions in a month, their subscription will be “frozen.”
4. Promo Code Usage: Subscriptions purchased with promo codes are also covered under the same policy. This means that no refunds will be issued, even if a promo code was applied.
5. Policy Updates: UP&PRO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via the website and the app.
